When we first started our short term rental journey, we were shocked by the cost of property management! So for the last few years we have managed our rental earning Super Host status, Guest Favorite, and an average 4.9 star rating on over 150 stays!

We have a deep love for connecting with our guests and helping them have the best stay possible for their vacation. But that's not always easy, whether its a late same day check-in request or something broken at the property, there's always something that comes up.
That is why I created Wilderness Destination Retreats, to help other people who want to get into STR ownership by taking some of this work off of their plates and letting them keep more of the profits.

Listing Setup
- $250 for the first listing setup on all large platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)

- $100 for each additional listing setup after the first

- $150 for listing automation setup if not enrolled in STR Virtual Management Program
STR Virtual Management
​For hosts with a single listing
- Flat fee of $350 /month
- A performance bonus of 10% of revenue on income over $3,000

For hosts with multiple listings
- Flat fee of $350 /month on 1st listing and $150 /month on additional listings
- A performance bonus of 10% of revenue on income over $5,000
